After pasteurisation, instead of further high-temperature treatment, we introduced an additional low-temperature filtration step to ensure the elimination of bacteria and reduce the fat and sugar content of the source material. CFM technology

During the production of the source material, we use CFM technology (cross-flow microfiltration). This revolutionary process allows us to reduce the lactose content of the source material without enzymatic treatment or chemical additives. Thus, the product contains at least 64% less lactose compared to similar products on the market.

Thanks to multiple filtrations and continuous purification of the source material, there is no need for enzymatic treatment to achieve reduced lactose content. Moreover, it contains more immune-supporting protein fractions than source materials using traditional filtration.
