Weight control- formulas
Weight control formulas can be divided to two big groups:
- Thermogenic formulas
- Lipothopic formulas
Thermogenic formulas slightly raise your body temperature (0,2-0,5 C), supporting fat burning as at a higher temperature, the body uses more calories with the same amount of exercise.
Lipotropic weight control formulas consist of macro elements, essential fats (lecithin), and herb extracts, helping to decompose fat storages. Thanks to the fiber content (inulin, apple fiber) they suppress appetite and block the absorption utilization of anti-nutrients.
