How to take L-Carnitine 100,000 Liquid?
Recommended use: Drink 1 serving (10 ml) 30 minutes before training sessions. Have 1 serving per day. Do not consume on an empty stomach. Shake well before drinking. Do not exceed the recommended daily dosage.
WARNING: This food supplement is not a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Keep the product out of reach of children.
