Product returns
We only accept products in their original condition and packaging, with their quantity and quality fully intact. In the case of a quality complaint, keeping the original packaging is not a condition for returning the product.
Product return
You can exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 days of receiving the product(s). You can indicate your intention to return the product(s) by completing the online withdrawal form under the “Withdrawal from the contract” menu item on the webshop. You can then return the carefully packed, unopened product(s) at your own expense to the following address:
BioTech USA Kft., Ipari Park út 10., Szada, 2111, HUNGARY.
After receiving the returned product(s), we will check them and refund their price.
Refund
If your order was paid by bank card, the refund will be issued to the bank card used for the payment. In the case of cash on delivery orders, the refund will be transferred to your bank account. For this, please provide your bank account number so that we can transfer the amount back to you.
The value of the returned product(s) will be refunded within 5–14 days, in accordance with the applicable laws, from the moment we have checked the returned product(s).
Exceptions to the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to the following products:

perishable products or products with a short shelf life,
-
products in sealed packaging which, for health protection or hygiene reasons, cannot be returned once opened after delivery.
