Leider musste ich die von mir bestellte Ware zurücksenden, da die Artikel zu klein ausgefallen sind.
Zu meiner Überraschung wurde mir mitgeteilt, dass ich die Rücksendung auf eigene Kosten durchführen muss. Bei der Bestellung war für mich nicht ersichtlich, dass die Ware aus Ungarn versendet wird. Zudem habe ich weder einen Retourenschein noch ein Rücksendelabel erhalten.
Für die Rücksendung musste ich daher selbst 11 Euro bezahlen. Das entspricht nicht meinen Erwartungen an einen kundenfreundlichen Service.
