Directions
Mix 1 serving (30 g = 4 scant tablespoons) drink powder with 200 ml water in a shake, then pour it into a microwave safe mug and heat in a microwave oven for 60-70 secs (750 W). Stir well and enjoy! If you don’t have a shake, add 1 serving to a mug with 100 ml hot water, stir well and add 100 ml water again. Stir well and enjoy!
