The magnesium content of Crea Zero contributes to normal muscle function.

The product formula also includes compounds like citrate, pyruvate and fumarate compounds yielded by metabolic processes.

Recommended use

Mix 1 serving (8 g = 2 level scoops = 2 heaped teaspoons) product with 300 ml water. Take 1 serving 15 minutes before and 1 serving during your workout. On resting days take 2x1 servings. Do not exceedthe recommended dosage! Use a shaker bottle.
