Essential amino acids, as their name suggests, are indispensable for the human body, since it cannot produce them or not in an adequate amount. This is why it is particularly important to ensure their intake from external sources. A varied diet combined with food supplements can help us with that. Leucine is a branched-chain amino acid (BCAA) and is among the 9 essential amino acids. It can be consumed mixed with water, flavoured with Zero Drops or mixed with other drink powders (for example with Black Blood CAF+ or IsoTonic).

So far, UNFLAVOURED 100% EAA has been my favorite amino, but it's much sexier. I like not to be too aroma. Box after and during my workout I drink when we train in the stable. - Leonidas, 31, boxing (Duranda) (Translated by Google)
