2. Application for the Game, Conditions of Participation 

1. Only natural persons who are 18 years of age or older, who are legally capable, who fully comply with all the conditions set out in these Rules and who are not subject to any conditions of exclusion from the Game may participate in the Game. 

2. The Game is open to Players residing or domiciled in the following countries: Hungary, Italy, Spain, France, Slovakia, Poland, Germany, Croatia, the Czech Republic, Slovenia, Romania, and other EU Member States. 

3. Further conditions for participation in the Game are set out in Section 3 of these Rules. 

4. Participation in the Game is subject to acceptance of these Rules and the Privacy Notice. By entering the Game, Entrants signify their acceptance of the Rules and the Privacy Notice. 

5. The Game is not open to employees of the Promoter and their close relatives as defined in Section 8:1 (1) of Act V of 2013 on the Civil Code, including employees and partners of companies in partnership with the Promoter. 

6. During the course of the Game, at the discretion of the Promoter, Players whose behaviour is not worthy of the Game and the BioTechUSA brand may be disqualified. If the Player's conduct is detrimental to the good reputation of the Promoter, the Promoter will immediately disqualify the Entrant from the Game. 

7. The conduct of and participation in the Game is subject to these Rules and the Privacy Notice. If the Player does not accept these Rules or the Privacy Notice in respect of any of its provisions, withdraws his/her consent or raises an objection in relation thereto, he/she may not participate in the Game or will be excluded from the Game. The Promoter will not send a separate notification to the Player of the fact of exclusion.  

8. The Player may only participate in the Game with his/her own personal data. 

9. By entering the Game, Players acknowledge that they meet the conditions set out in these Rules. 

3. Description of the Game 

1. The Scan and Win Sweepstakes promoted by BioTech USA Kft. is available on the BioTech USA web shops operated by the Promoter. 

2. The Promoter will award a voucher worth EUR 50 (fifty euros) as set out in these Rules to the 5 players drawn in a prize draw who purchase a BioTech USA accessory specified in the Sweepstakes during the current month and upload a photo of proof of purchase to the Scan and Win landing page accessible via the QR code on the label of the clothing product purchased. 

3. If the Player fails to comply with the requirements set out in clause 3) of these Rules, he/she will be disqualified from the Game without further notice.

1. From among the Players who meet the terms of these Rules, the Promoter will draw the monthly winners using a program that operates on a random basis on the last day of each month, i.e.

2. The Promoter will draw 5 winners each month.  

3. The prize draw by the Promoter is final and irrevocable. 

4. The winners of the draw will receive a EUR 50 voucher to be redeemed in BioTech USA's web shops. 

6. Rules for the Prize 

1. The prize may not be exchanged for cash or other benefits, nor may the prize be transferred or substituted, unless otherwise specified by the Promoter. 

2. The winners will be notified by the Promoter at the email address provided by the Players within 3 working days of the drawing date and the voucher will be attached to the message. 

3. The exact name, gender, country, and email address of the winners will be requested by the Promoter at the time of filling in the landing page.  

7. Data Protection Provisions 

1. The Promoter will process the personal data provided during the period of the Sweepstakes for the purpose of conducting the Sweepstakes, drawing the winners, and contacting the winners, for a period of 60 days from the date of provision of the data. Participation in the Sweepstakes is voluntary and must be expressly consented to by the Player. 

2. The Data Controller will only use the personal data specified in the Privacy Notice for the purposes of conducting the sweepstakes Entrants can find detailed information about the Promoter's data processing in the Privacy Notice. 

3. Players are only entitled to enter their own personal data during the Game. The Data Controller shall not be liable for any damage resulting from the processing of false, unauthorised, or incorrect data. 

8. Miscellaneous Provisions 

1.  Entry to the Game does not automatically entitle the Player to the prize.  

2.  By participating in the Game, Entrants expressly consent to the Promoter publishing their names on any of its social media pages in the event of winning without any other compensation or permission. 

3. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any errors, omissions or delays in delivery that may occur during the process of registering for the Game. 

4.  Players shall bear all consequences arising from any incorrect information provided by them or from the inability of their mailbox to receive mail. 

5. The Promoter shall not be liable if the Game or the website containing the Game is temporarily unavailable for technical reasons during the period of the Game. 

6.  The Promoter may automatically disqualify Entrants who, contrary to the spirit of the Game, participate in the Game with a character that is not real, with data that are not true, with a photograph that is not their own, or by cheating in order to increase their chances of winning by such deceptive, dishonest conduct. Entrants who engage in any of the unfair practices described in this clause shall be liable to pay compensation for any damage caused to the Promoter in connection with the competition. 

7.  The Promoter reserves the right to exclude any Player from the Game with immediate effect if it detects or has reasonable grounds to suspect any (computer) manipulation or any conduct incompatible with or in breach of the spirit of the Game. 

8.  Tax payment obligations in relation to prizes are borne by the Promoter. The Promoter shall have no further obligations other than the delivery of the Prizes and the payment of the relevant tax implications as set out above. Any other costs incurred shall be borne by the Player. 

9. The Promoter cannot be held liable for any voucher sent to the wrong address due to an incorrect e-mail address provided by the Player.  

10. The Promoter reserves the right to unilaterally change these Rules or discontinue the Game at any time. 

11. If any matter is not regulated by these Rules, the relevant provisions of the Hungarian legislation in force shall apply.  

12.  For data protection issues not covered by these Rules, the Privacy Notice published by the Promoter on the Game Platform shall prevail.  

13. The sweepstakes are in no way sponsored or endorsed by or associated with Facebook or Instagram.
