What kind of clothing can I return?

Clothing can only be returned in perfect, original condition. Please do not cut the label. We are unable to accept returns of soiled, stained, washed or damaged clothing products. For hygiene reasons, underwear-type products cannot be returned.

How long do I have to return the product?

Notify us of your request for return within 14 days of receipt of the product, and we will accept the return provided that it is in undamaged and unopened condition.

How do I get a refund for returned products?

If your order was paid by bank card, the refund is made to the bank card used for payment. In the case of cash-on-delivery orders, the refund is credited to your bank account, so please provide your bank account number to which we can transfer the refund.

When will I get my refund?

In accordance with effective legal regulations the refund is made within 5-14 days from the moment the delivered parcel is checked. You will be notified via email of the acceptance and settlement of the return.

Is it possible to exchange a product?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to directly exchange a returned product, please complete our return form and re-order the product you want.

What happens to returned clothing products?

We carefully check and inspect the products after they are returned. Finally, products without defects are repackaged to find a new owner. Some returned products are too damaged to be resold. These pieces are passed on to our partners for recycling. Sustainability is important to us.
