After pasteurisation, instead of further high-temperature treatment, we introduced an additional low-temperature filtration step to ensure the elimination of bacteria and reduce the fat and sugar content of the source material. What others see as waste, we see as the cornerstone of quality! This is how whey protein remains in its native, pure form. This ensures high protein content and calculable calorie intake with every consumption.

CFM technology

During the production of the source material, we use CFM technology (cross-flow microfiltration). This revolutionary process allows us to reduce the lactose content of the source material without enzymatic treatment or chemical additives. Thus, the product contains at least 64% less lactose compared to similar products on the market.

How much protein do I need per day? The daily protein requirement for healthy adults can be personalised based on body weight, but the exact amount depends on activity level and individual goals. Age can also influence the requirement, with normal requirements being higher for those under 18 and over 60 compared to the adult age group.

The recommendations are as follows:
for muscle maintenance: 0.8-1 g per kilogram of your body weight
for muscle growth: 1.6-2 g per kilogram of your body weight

for muscle maintenance: 44-55 g/day
for muscle growth: 88-110 g/day
85 kg man
for muscle maintenance: 68-85 g/day
for muscle growth: 136-170 g/day
