Directions
Preheat the oven to 200°C. Mix 1 serving (120 g = 6 heaped tablespoons) baking mix with 80 ml (= 8 tablespoons) water and 30 g (= 3 tablespoons) sunflower oil until you get a smooth texture. Bake for 15 minutes and allow to cool for 10 minutes before cutting. It can be made with coconut oil and butter, too.

Chocolate powder with no added sugar [cocoa mass, cocoa butter, fat-reduced cocoa powder, emulsifier: lecithins (soy), flavouring], whole milk powder, rice flour, hydrolysed collagen 6.8%, fat-reduced cocoa powder, whole egg powder, whey protein concentrate 3.4%, whey protein isolate 1%, flavourings, sweetener (sucralose).
