    I am taking HMB (150 capsules) from BioTechUSA

    I am taking HMB (150 capsules) from BioTechUSA and it works well for me as extra support in intense workouts. I notice better muscle recovery and less sense of wear and tear after strength and DEKA sessions. It does not cause digestive discomfort and is easy to take daily. It's not a “super” difference, but it does help maintain muscle mass when I train hard or am in deficit.
