Use “ice cream molds” for popsicles. For 4 popsicles, you need 100 ml of water and 7 tablespoons (5 heaping tablespoons) of ice cream powder. Do not use a shaker to mix, they assemble air bubbles there! The ideal is to mix the ingredients by hand in a container. Use a “hand mixer” to mix so that there are no lumps and air bubbles left! (this is very important) Take the popsicles out of the freezer after 3 hours. Turn the “ice cream molds” over, put for a while under warm water in a basin and pull out. Bon Appetit:)
