The niacin, vitamin B6, magnesium and iron in the product contribute to normal energy-yielding metabolism and to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. The magnesium content of Crea Zero contributes to normal muscle function.
The product formula also includes compounds like citrate, pyruvate and fumarate compounds yielded by metabolic processes.

Recommended use
Mix 1 serving (8 g = 2 level scoops = 2 heaped teaspoons) product with 300 ml water. Take 1 serving 15 minutes before and 1 serving during your workout. On resting days take 2x1 servings. Do not exceedthe recommended dosage!
