Our Native Whey Isolate is made directly from fresh milk, and is turned into a powder in a special drying chamber, after pasteurization and micro- and ultrafiltration carried out at low temperatures. This special procedure allows the protein to fully preserve its structure, and also better preserves the amount of immunoglobulin (antibody) and lactoferrin (part of the immune system) in the product.

What is lactose intolerance?
Lactose, or milk sugar, is a complex carbohydrate making up 2-8% of the solid content of milk. We primarily need lactose during infancy, so adult bodies often stop producing the enzyme lactase, which is necessary for the breakdown of lactose. This can lead to the development of lactose intolerance. Today, almost 75% of the world’s population is lactose intolerant.
Protein as a nutrient
Protein is an essential building block of your body, a nutrient made up of amino acids produced by the body or taken in from external sources. It contributes to the maintenance and growth of muscle mass*. Regular physical exercise, growing muscle mass, losing weight and ageing increase your need for protein.

Why choose protein drink powder?
Consuming protein products is a quick, practical and extremely efficient method of protein intake. All you need is protein powder, a shaker and some water. Protein powders can be made from milk, can be animal or plant-based, or can be a combination of these. Their absorption can be fast (30-40 minutes), medium (1-2 hours) or slow (longer than 2 hours).
Recommended use
Mix 1 serving powder (25 g = 1 scoop filled to the top mark = 2 heaped tablespoons) with 200 ml or 350 ml** water in a shaker bottle. (**In case of maximal dilution the ready to drink product is lactose free.) On training days, take 1 serving in the morning and 1 serving immediately after training. On resting days, consume 1 serving in the morning and 1 serving in the afternoon.
