    Directions

    Recommended use: Preheat oven to 180°. Mix 1 serving (75 g = 4 heaped tablespoons) powder with 60 ml = 6 tablespoons and 10 g = 1 tablespoon sunflower oil until smooth. Add to a muffin/cupcake tray and bake for 14 minutes. When it’s ready, take out of the oven and let it rest until 10 minutes. This amount is enough for 3 muffins. May also be prepared with coconut oil or butter.

    white chocolate chips {cocoa butter, whole milk powder, skimmed milk powder, emulsifier [lecithins (soy)], flavourings}, whole milk powder, rice flour, hydrolysed protein 6.8%, whole egg powder, whey protein concentrate 3.5%, whey protein isolate 1.1%, flavourings, baking powder [raising agents (sodium carbonates, diphosphates), corn starch], bamboo fibre, raising agent (sodium carbonates), sweetener (sucralose).
