Directions

Knead 1 serving (50 g = 3 heaped tablespoons) product with 40 g warm water, then rest the covered dough for 45 to 60 minutes in a warm place. After resting roll out the dough (if necessary put flour on the surface) about 0.5 cm thick and approximately 15 cm in diameter and place it on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Bake the pizza dough in a preheated oven for 6-8 minutes, then add any toppings you like and bake it for another 5-8 minutes. Baking temperature: upper and lower heat (or gas oven): 230 °C, fan heat: 200 °C.

Store tightly closed in a cool, dry place! Consume it within 2 months after opening!
